Terms and Conditions

Each credit card has it's own individual set of "Terms and Conditions" that you access from a link on the credit cards main information page.
This where you will find information on Annual Fees, APR terms and Finance Charges.
Here is a sample of Terms and Conditions of the Advanta Bonus Miles Card.

Summary of Selected Account Terms: Advanta Business Cards are issued by Advanta Bank Corp., Member FDIC, pursuant to an Advanta Business Card Agreement. The Bonus Miles BusinessCard is a MasterCard Executive Business Card. There is a $40 annual fee for this Advanta Bonus Miles BusinessCard. If the new balance on your Advanta Bonus Miles BusinessCard account is paid in full on time each month, you will have a grace period of at least 25 days from the statement closing date before a finance charge will be imposed on new Purchases. To avoid additional finance charges being applied to your current Purchases on next month's statement, you must pay the new balance on your statement in full by the due date indicated on your statement. (There is no grace period available for transactions other than Purchases.) The finance charge for Purchases and Balance Transfers (not Cash Advances or cash-related transactions) will be computed using a variable Annual Percentage Rate ("APR"), consisting of a Prime Rate as published in The Wall Street Journal's "Money Rates" section (the "Variable Rate Index") plus a Purchase Margin of 4.24%. That APR was 8.99% as of 06/01/02. However, for the first nine billing cycles from the date that your account is opened ONLY, the finance charge for Balance Transfers (not Purchases, Cash Advances or cash-related transactions) will be computed using an Annual Percentage Rate ("APR") of 0.0%. For Cash Advances, unpaid Cash Advance finance charges, cash-related fees and other cash-related charges, the finance charge will be computed using a variable rate consisting of the Variable Rate Index plus a Cash Advance Margin of 15.24%. The Variable Rate Index for a given month's billing statement may, at our discretion, be chosen from among the Prime Rates published in The Wall Street Journal's "Money Rates" section on any day during the three (3) months prior to the first day of the calendar month of that statement, but will not be less than 4.75%. If you default, each account APR will be increased to a "Default APR" equal to the higher of the account APR plus 3%, or the Variable Rate Index plus a Default Margin of 17.24% . Any APRs applicable to any component of your account, including any default APR, will be applied to the average daily balance of that component on and after the effective date of that APR, including new transactions and charges and any outstanding balances. Other fees affecting your account include a Transaction Fee of 3% of any Cash Advance (whether taken by Convenience Check or otherwise) but not less than $5, and a Transaction Fee of 3% (minimum $5; maximum $50) on any Balance Transfer processed during the Balance Transfer introductory rate period referred to above. If your payment is late or your account is overlimit, a $35 fee will be imposed. While the rates, indexes, margins, fees, and other account terms described here are typical of those recently offered and in effect on Advanta Business Cards and are expected to be applicable to your account, your account terms will be in every instance determined by us and reflected in your Card Agreement. The terms of your account, including APRs, are subject to change. Any changes will be made in accordance with your Card Agreement, which you should read carefully and retain.
